wonderful location in the wonderful area, next to restaurants by cash. impeccably clean unit with a perfect decor.

this was our second stay in khao lak and x10 khaolak resort sha plus exceeded all expectations. the property was well maintained, clean, and spacious. the staff were friendly and always there to help. the kids club was outstanding and our family will definitely be back next year.

No seafood at the restaurant.

We booked exceptionally good twin room with at least 2 kids and could use wake-up service, available in it. Marvellous and super location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed...

The hotel is peaceful and nestled in an extremely clean building with family vibes. We stayed in a family queen room complete with large balcony-perfect for 2 adults adults, the sofa bed, as example.

The location was great and super there, by the sea. Moreover, it's just off the nice, especially the one serving seafood, and town / markets. A wide range of food for breakfast, which was superb to satisfy everyone. The pool was great and I had free soft drinks in the swim-up bar.

Rooms were modern and tastefully decorated!

I stayed 4 nights and would stay here again when visiting Thailand. Everything was well-maintained from the AMAZING service to the exceptional food. I loved rooms with furnished balcony.

The units were big and brand-new with furnished balcony. The breakfast is above average and large, and the location is amazing next to " local taxi ", the beach and restaurant.

Couldn’t fault.

It was in a very central location, right next to the noice from the water fountain play area. What's more, it was close to several supermarkets and restaurants and a beautiful beach which was lovely and clean.

We spent our Christmas at a fantastic resort with amazing facilities. The rooms were well equipped, with powerful aircon and great wifi. The location was perfect, with a small town just 200 meters away for shopping and local restaurants. The resort had multiple swimming pools of different depths, perfect for kids, and a great gym and spa. We loved the private beach with shaded areas. Best of all, the staff were truly amazing, always helpful and made our holiday special.

That with small children, we had to take a taxi to restaurants in town. The fixed price for the short ride was a bit steep.

Wonderful hotel with particularly good location quiet in the surrounding areas, and the breakfast was very very good. The staff was absolutely amazing and amazing, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. The room was wonderful with smoke detectors for safety measures. Location: the property was right by the nice and peaceful beach and the restaurants and dogs and a Taxi for 200 THB...

The room I booked was spotless and modern with comfortable beds and pillows, large balcony-perfect for 2 adults adults. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were a plus. This was an amazing and lovely location very close to the restaurants nearby, the local night market and coconut beach to Noks restaurant.

Good facilities and beachfront location. Family-friendly with sport and play options. Nice water slide. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Within a 15-minute walk, there are many local food and Thai massage options. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a fantastic romantic escape and couldn't have chosen a better place! The breakfast was great with fresh juices and delicious fruit and we loved the fact that complimentary yoga and Thai boxing classes were offered, making our stay even more rejuvenating. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the stunning beach and surrounded by lovely scenery, which made for romantic strolls. the cozy and comfy rooms were one of the best aspects, with the private balcony being the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine with stunning views.

Although we had a wonderful time, we felt that the entertainment options at night were quite limited. The evenings were a bit dull, and there wasn't much going on other than a weekly repeated animation programme.

I had informed the hotel in advance about my dietary restrictions, and they assured me there would be soy milk available at breakfast. However, when I couldn't find it, the staff apologized and said they didn't have any. I had to buy my own from a nearby store.
